Refund Policy – P365 Market Education Corporation

Effective Date: August 23, 2025

At P365 Market Education Corporation, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality educational services. To ensure transparency, we have established the following refund policy:

1️⃣ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only to subscribers who have maintained an active paid subscription for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

“Active” means the subscriber’s account must remain in good standing with no payment failures, chargebacks, or account suspensions during the 12-month period.

Subscribers must have been enrolled in either the Premium Plan or Ultimate Plan for the entire 12 months.

2️⃣ Refund Guarantee

If, after completing twelve (12) consecutive months of active subscription, you are not satisfied with our educational services, you may request a 100% refund of all subscription fees paid during that 12-month period.

Refunds will only be issued, if eligible, after the end of the twelve (12) months from the subscriber's intial start date. No refunds will be provided for partial periods or early cancellations.

3️⃣ Exclusions

  • Subscribers who cancel before completing the full 12-month active period.
  • Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Free (Basic) plan users, since no payment is collected.

4️⃣ Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at info@p365marketeducation.com within thirty (30) days of your 12-month subscription completion.

Please include your registered email, subscription details, and reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after verification of eligibility.

5️⃣ Non-Transferability

Refund eligibility is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscriber.
